Information this website collects

If you request contact, the website collects your name, your preferred contact method, either one phone number or one email address, your consent, a request identifier, and a receipt identifier. The form is designed not to collect health, payment, claim, policy, driver, vehicle, property, government-ID, or free-text details.

How information is used

The agency uses contact-request information to respond to the conversation you requested, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, operate the request process, and document durable receipt. The website does not forward these requests to a separate marketing automation destination.

Retention and deletion

Unconverted contact requests in the website database are scheduled for deletion after 30 days unless you request deletion sooner or a documented legal obligation requires a different period. To request access, correction, or deletion, email sales@ohpolicy.com or call 513-729-2663. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information.

Service providers and security

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and database storage. Reasonable technical controls include encrypted HTTPS transport, minimum-field collection, field allowlisting, durable rate limiting, bounded request sizes, hidden-field bot detection, and no public administrative interface. No internet system can be promised to be completely secure.

Aggregate website measurement

The website counts daily page views and selected funnel events by route. These aggregate counters do not store form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, cookie identifiers, or raw IP addresses. Counts can include automated traffic and are not treated as proof of customers, sales, or business outcomes.

Children and sensitive information

This business website is not directed to children. Do not submit sensitive insurance or identity information through the minimum-data contact form.
